The Benefits are Endless. A Worthwhile Investment
Using Insulated Metal Panels and Doors will substantially reduce HVAC and electricity consumption, building time and save on material and labor costs. You can reduce the 7-step construction process into just one. Panels can take the place of framing, insulation, wrap, interior drywall/sheathing, exterior facade, interior finishing, and exterior finishing all in one easy step.
We know that Certifications are critical to our customers. Our global supply chain of metal and chemical manufacturers guarantees that the quality of our raw materials is always in accordance with international standards. All of our Insulated Metal Panels and Doors are ISO 9001 and FM approved (4880, 4881, 4471) to ensure unparalleled quality, safety, and reliability.
Our Insulated Metal Panels and Doors are manufactured in a world-class Italian & German-engineered production plant ensuring an end-product of unbeatable quality, reliability, which will meet the needs of any project.
PIR (Polyisocyanurate) foam, or so-called "Class 1" foam, is a mixture of polyol, isocyanate and cyclopentane. It is the primary foam structure used in our Insulated Metal Panels. PIR has high structural strength, high fire resistance, low smoke emission, it slows the spread of fire and it maintains it's insulating thermal conductivity under the most demanding conditions.
We also offer PUR and Rockwool products.

This standard sets the fire performance requirements for a Class 1 fire rating of building panel assemblies or interior finish materials with specific height installation requirements and combustibility ratings.
This standard sets the performance requirements for exterior wall panel systems that are exposed to natural hazards such as wind, hail, and windborne debris. Exterior wall panel systems include, but are not limited to, wall panels constructed of metal, plastic, mineral wool, composite, or glass fiber.
This standard sets performance requirements for panel roofs which include all components necessary for installation of the panel roof assembly. The assembly which exhibits low fire spread below and above the panel, adequate simulated wind uplift resistance, and adequate strength and durability during the Approval examination will qualify as a Class 1 assembly. To be rated as a Class 1 panel roof assembly, only Class 1 Approved components may be used.

Factory Mutual (FM) Global is similar to Underwriters Laboratories (UL) in that they are both focused on safety. FM Approvals is the independent testing division of FM Global, and it focuses on researching and testing products to ensure that they meet only the highest standards for property loss prevention and safety. Only those products that bear an FM Approved mark conform to these high standards and have met the ongoing requirements of the FM certification process.
