· Insulated Metal Panels are an ideal solution for any climate-controlled environment including:

- Panels construction consists of 2” to 8” of high-density rigid foam sandwiched between two sides of 22-to-26-gauge sheets of steel galvalume.
- Our standard Panel width is 39.37” and they are also available in a larger 45” width as well.
- Panels are constructed with a tongue-and-groove joint, complete with a foam gasket barrier to prevent vapor and air leaks.
- Panels provide high mechanical strength and are puncture resistant.
- Our standard 4” Thermal Resistant Panel (TRP) with a R-29 value.
- We offer three types of foam including PUR, PIR, and Rockwool.
- Our standard PIR (Polyisocyanurate) foam offers a high fire resistance, low smoke emission and maintains its thermal conductivity even in the most demanding conditions. The tests include an Approval Standard for Class 1 Fire Rating Number FM 4880 and ASTM Test C-518 and Flame Spread & Smoke Development 5/190 ASTM Test E84.
- Panels have a factory installed, NSF approved gasket, which insures a proper seal and better appearance. Our standard gasket is 1/8” closed cell neoprene giving the panel a better seal and superior performance.
- We carry a rotating stock of Insulated Metal Panels and installation hardware and accessories.
- We can typically deliver stock panels within days. Most competitors are 8 to 20 weeks out.
- Stock panels consist of 4” panels in 10’, 12’, 14’, 16’, and 20’ lengths.
- We can customize panel sizes of any length up to 30’.
- Customer orders can be available within 3-8 weeks.
